Starward
Starward is an award-winning Australian distillery known for its high-quality whisky made from locally sourced ingredients. Founded in 2007 in Melbourne, Starward uses Australian barley malted and mashed with water from the Grampians mountain range. The resulting mash is fermented using a proprietary yeast strain, distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in unique casks including ex-bourbon, Australian wine, and fortified wine barrels.
