Two Stacks
Before the 1930s, hundreds of whisky bonders worked across Ireland. Two Stacks set out to revive that lost tradition. Three friends, Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan and Donal McLynn, founded the brand in 2020. Rather than distil from scratch, Two Stacks sources premium spirit from Ireland's leading distilleries and blends it themselves. In 2022 they opened one of Ireland's only independent bonding and blending facilities. The focus is transparency, creativity and unusual cask combinations. The founders spent more than a decade importing and distributing Irish spirits before launching their own label. That trade knowledge shapes their whisky. Their cask strength releases, bottled without chill filtration, have become a calling card for a small revival of an old Irish craft.
