The name honours Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie. Between them, the father and son have more than 100 years of service at the distillery. Jimmy is not a rye drinker himself. He still shaped the house style, and that is why this rye leans toward bourbon. The mash bill runs 51% rye, 37% corn and 12% malted barley.
