Old Forester

Old Forester Straight Bourbon Whisky is produced by the Brown-Forman Corporation, a well-known whiskey company. Old Forester is made from a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of four years in new, charred oak barrels. The resulting whisky is a rich amber color and has a smooth, slightly sweet taste with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak. It has an alcohol content of 43% ABV (86 proof). Old Forester has won numerous awards, including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2019.
