Distillery
Edradour is a small Scottish single malt whisky distillery located in the town of Pitlochry in Perthshire, Scotland. Founded in 1825, it is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, and it remains one of the smallest in terms of production. The distillery produces a range of single malt whiskies, including the popular 10-year-old and 12-year-old expressions, as well as a number of limited edition releases. Edradour is known for its full-bodied and fruity whiskies with notes of honey, vanilla, and spice. Edradour is one of the few remaining distilleries in Scotland to still use traditional methods of whisky production. The distillery uses small copper stills, which produce a unique flavor profile that is distinct from larger distilleries.
